Deve ser coisa da minha cabe\u00e7a. Deve ser porque correr exige, e exige ainda mais quando voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tem uma rede social \u2014 no sentido de um grupo de pessoas \u2014 que te ajude e te apoie.<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">N\u00e3o importa se voc\u00ea escreveu num post-it as horas do dia por blocos e escolheu o hor\u00e1rio para correr: quando a hora chega, as d\u00favidas voltam a aparecer \u2014 ou surge aquela en\u00e9sima tarefa.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Duas maneiras de parar de procrastinar<\/strong><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: left;\" class=\"translation-block\">Para mim, existem duas grandes formas de parar de procrastinar \u2014 e, longe de serem excludentes, elas se complementam. A primeira \u00e9 forjar disciplina \/ for\u00e7a de vontade de ferro, mas at\u00e9 os mais disciplinados sofrem. A segunda \u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/buddypacer.com\/pt\/no-corras-solo\/\" target=\"_self\">correr acompanhado<\/a>, ou seja, criar um compromisso com algu\u00e9m para sair para correr. Depende: do seu estilo de vida, dos seus hor\u00e1rios e de onde voc\u00ea mora. Se voc\u00ea vive em uma grande cidade, tipo Madri, Barcelona, Val\u00eancia, Sevilha, Zaragoza, M\u00e1laga ou M\u00farcia (s\u00f3 para citar algumas das mais populosas), provavelmente h\u00e1 outros runners perto de voc\u00ea na mesma situa\u00e7\u00e3o.
