Pas besoin de louer du mat\u00e9riel ni de payer un cours comme pour le ski ou l\u2019escalade. Courir, c\u2019est simple, accessible\u2026 et pourtant, c\u2019est difficile de s\u2019y tenir dans la dur\u00e9e. Chaque ann\u00e9e, des milliers de personnes se mettent \u00e0 courir pour la premi\u00e8re fois. Beaucoup le font pour la sant\u00e9, pour perdre du poids ou r\u00e9duire le stress. Mais au fil des jours, des semaines ou des mois, cette motivation initiale commence \u00e0 s\u2019essouffler. R\u00e9sultat ? Beaucoup finissent par arr\u00eater. L\u2019un des plus grands freins n\u2019est ni physique ni logistique. Il est <strong>\u00e9motionnel<\/strong>. Et il s\u2019appelle : <em>courir seul<\/em>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>Courir seul \u00e9puise la motivation<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">Je me souviens d\u2019une campagne qui disait : <em>Running alone sucks<\/em>. Pour moi, c\u2019est totalement vrai. Courir seul, c\u2019est devoir retrouver la motivation encore et encore, sans soutien ext\u00e9rieur. Ce n\u2019est pas la m\u00eame chose de te dire \u00ab aujourd\u2019hui je ne sors pas \u00bb que d\u2019annuler avec quelqu\u2019un avec qui tu avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9vu de courir.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h2><strong>Un partenaire de running te pousse quand tu en as le plus besoin<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"translation-block\">Ce <em>running buddy<\/em> ne t\u2019aide pas seulement \u00e0 sortir, il te pousse aussi \u00e0 donner davantage. Il y a des jours o\u00f9 tu tireras de lui, et d\u2019autres o\u00f9 c\u2019est lui qui te boostera.
