Vielleicht ist es etwas weit hergeholt zu sagen, dass jeder, der l\u00e4uft, ein Ziel hat\u2026 aber es ist meine Meinung, und f\u00fcr mich wirkt das gar nicht so abwegig.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Wenn du mit einem Ziel l\u00e4ufst, gut.<br>Wenn du ohne l\u00e4ufst, dann ist dein Ziel genau das: kein Ziel zu haben \u2013 und das ist genauso gut.<\/p><p>Bei der Suche nach einer einfachen Definition von Ziel (Goal) habe ich in der Literatur folgende Definition gefunden: \u201ewas eine Person zu erreichen versucht; es ist der Gegenstand oder Zweck einer Handlung\u201c (Locke, Shaw, Saari, &amp; Latham, 1981, p. 126) sowie \u201eein spezifisches Ma\u00df an Kompetenz zu erreichen, normalerweise innerhalb eines spezifischen Zeitraums\u201c (Locke &amp; Latham, 2002, p. 705).<\/p><p>In meinem Fall war es seit dem Moment, als ich im April 2019 meine Laufschuhe geschn\u00fcrt habe, das Ziel, im Halbmarathon unter 1:24 zu laufen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-1fa752f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1fa752f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-8766cb8\" data-id=\"8766cb8\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53d8329 elementor-widget elementor-widget-video\" data-id=\"53d8329\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;video_type&quot;:&quot;hosted&quot;,&quot;controls&quot;:&quot;yes&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"video.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-hosted-video elementor-wrapper elementor-open-inline\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<video class=\"elementor-video\" src=\"https:\/\/buddypacer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_0454.mov\" controls=\"\" preload=\"metadata\" controlslist=\"nodownload\"><\/video>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e46cff elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e46cff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Warum Ziele so wichtig sind<\/h2><p>Die Wissenschaft sagt\u2019s \u2013 nicht ich. Kein Bauchgef\u00fchl, Fakten. Ziele zu setzen ist einer der st\u00e4rksten Motoren der pers\u00f6nlichen Entwicklung. Schwierige Ziele f\u00fchren zu h\u00f6herer Leistung als leichte Ziele, das Fehlen von Zielen oder sogar abstrakte Ziele nach dem Motto \u201eGib einfach dein Bestes\u201c (Latham, 2009).<\/p><p>Meine Bestzeit im Halbmarathon lag bei 1:40, daher war 1:24 f\u00fcr mich schon sehr ambitioniert. H\u00e4tte ich h\u00f6her zielen k\u00f6nnen? Ich bezweifle es. Aber das Wichtigste, was mir das Laufen beigebracht hat, ist nicht die Zeit, die du erreichst: Die echte Herausforderung ist nicht anzufangen, sondern \u00fcber Tage, Monate und Jahre hinweg dranzubleiben.<\/p><p>Und das sage nicht nur ich: Dranzubleiben ist f\u00fcr die meisten L\u00e4ufer:innen die gr\u00f6\u00dfte H\u00fcrde (Franken, Bekhuis &amp; Tolsma, 2022).<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Intrinsische Motivation: der unsichtbare Treibstoff<\/h2><p>In meinem Fall war intrinsische Motivation entscheidend: Ich wollte schnell laufen, mich stark f\u00fchlen und mich in meinem K\u00f6rper wohlf\u00fchlen. Die Selbstbestimmungstheorie (Ryan &amp; Deci, 2000; 2017) erkl\u00e4rt, dass wir eher langfristig dranbleiben, wenn wir aus inneren Gr\u00fcnden laufen \u2013 aus Freude, f\u00fcr pers\u00f6nliches Wachstum oder f\u00fcrs Wohlbefinden.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Wenn es keine klaren Ziele gibt, verw\u00e4ssert diese intrinsische Motivation: Wir verlieren die Verbindung zu unseren Werten und zum \u201eWarum\u201c wir laufen. Die Literatur best\u00e4tigt das: Fehlende klare Ziele geh\u00f6ren zu den gr\u00f6\u00dften Barrieren \u2013 zusammen mit geringem Selbstwertgef\u00fchl, Angst oder mangelnder <a href=\"https:\/\/buddypacer.com\/de\/por-que-pospones-salir-a-correr-y-como-evitarlo\/\" target=\"_self\">sozialer Unterst\u00fctzung<\/a> (Collazo-Casti\u00f1eira et al., 2025).<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Das Tief nach dem Erreichen eines Ziels<\/h2><p>Das Kuriose ist: Meine gr\u00f6\u00dften Motivationstiefs kamen genau dann, wenn ich ein Ziel erreicht hatte. Und ich bin nicht der Einzige \u2013 viele L\u00e4ufer:innen berichten dasselbe.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Dieses Jahr blieb die Uhr in Getafe bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/13455867942\/best-efforts\" target=\"_self\">1:24\u201948\u201d<\/a> stehen. Man k\u00f6nnte sagen: Ziel erreicht. Nicht an jedem Tag ist klar, worauf wir hinarbeiten wollen \u2013 und das ist v\u00f6llig okay. Aber ein t\u00e4gliches Trainingsziel, auch wenn es klein ist, hilft, die Motivation zu halten.<\/p><p>Wenn du schon ein Ziel hast, teile es. Wenn nicht, schlie\u00df dich dem Ziel eines anderen Runners an, das zu deinem Zeitplan, deinem Tempo und deinem Standort passt.
