Es f\u00e4llt mir schwer nach einer guten Trainingswoche. Es f\u00e4llt mir schwer nach einem guten Rennen. Es f\u00e4llt mir schwer morgens, nachmittags oder abends. Vielleicht liegt es an meinem Kopf. Vielleicht auch einfach daran, dass Laufen anstrengend ist \u2013 und noch anstrengender, wenn dir ein soziales Netzwerk fehlt, im Sinne einer Gruppe von Menschen, die dir hilft und dich unterst\u00fctzt.<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Egal, ob du dir die Tagesstunden auf einem Post-it in Zeitfenster aufgeteilt und das Lauf-Fenster markiert hast: Wenn der Moment kommt, tauchen die Zweifel wieder auf \u2013 oder die x-te Aufgabe.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Zwei Wege, um nicht mehr zu prokrastinieren<\/strong><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: left;\" class=\"translation-block\">F\u00fcr mich gibt es zwei gro\u00dfe Wege, um mit dem Prokrastinieren aufzuh\u00f6ren \u2013 und sie schlie\u00dfen sich nicht aus, sondern erg\u00e4nzen sich. Der erste: Disziplin bzw. einen eisernen Willen aufbauen. Aber selbst die Diszipliniertesten haben es schwer. Der zweite: <a href=\"https:\/\/buddypacer.com\/de\/no-corras-solo\/\" target=\"_self\">gemeinsam laufen<\/a> \u2013 also Verbindlichkeit schaffen, indem man sich mit jemandem zum Laufen verabredet.
