Potser \u00e9s for\u00e7ar massa dir que tothom qui corre t\u00e9 un objectiu\u2026 per\u00f2 \u00e9s la meva opini\u00f3, i a mi no m\u2019ho sembla tant.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Si corres amb un objectiu, b\u00e9.<br>Si corres sense, aleshores el teu objectiu \u00e9s precisament no tenir-ne cap \u2014 i tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 b\u00e9.<\/p><p>Buscant una definici\u00f3 simple d\u2019objectiu (meta), he trobat la definici\u00f3 seg\u00fcent a la literatura: \u00aball\u00f2 que un individu intenta aconseguir; \u00e9s l\u2019objecte o finalitat d\u2019una acci\u00f3\u00bb (Locke, Shaw, Saari, &amp; Latham, 1981, p. 126) i \u00abassolir un nivell espec\u00edfic de domini, normalment dins d\u2019un termini espec\u00edfic\u00bb (Locke &amp; Latham, 2002, p. 705).<\/p><p>En el meu cas, des que em vaig cal\u00e7ar unes sabatilles l\u2019abril de 2019, l\u2019objectiu ha estat baixar d\u20191h24 a la mitja marat\u00f3.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-1fa752f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1fa752f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-8766cb8\" data-id=\"8766cb8\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53d8329 elementor-widget elementor-widget-video\" data-id=\"53d8329\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;video_type&quot;:&quot;hosted&quot;,&quot;controls&quot;:&quot;yes&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"video.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-hosted-video elementor-wrapper elementor-open-inline\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<video class=\"elementor-video\" src=\"https:\/\/buddypacer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_0454.mov\" controls=\"\" preload=\"metadata\" controlslist=\"nodownload\"><\/video>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e46cff elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e46cff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Per qu\u00e8 els objectius importen tant<\/h2><p>La ci\u00e8ncia ho diu, i no m\u2019ho invento \u2014 no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una sensaci\u00f3. Fixar objectius \u00e9s un dels motors m\u00e9s potents del desenvolupament personal. Els objectius dif\u00edcils condueixen a un rendiment m\u00e9s alt que els f\u00e0cils, l\u2019abs\u00e8ncia d\u2019objectius o fins i tot objectius abstractes del tipus \u00abfes-ho tan b\u00e9 com puguis\u00bb (Latham, 2009).<\/p><p>El meu millor temps a la mitja marat\u00f3 era d\u20191h40, aix\u00ed que per a mi 1h24 ja era molt ambici\u00f3s. Hauria pogut apuntar m\u00e9s amunt? Ho dubto. Per\u00f2 el que m\u00e9s m\u2019ha ensenyat c\u00f3rrer no \u00e9s la marca que aconsegueixes: el veritable repte no \u00e9s comen\u00e7ar a c\u00f3rrer, \u00e9s continuar corrent amb el pas dels dies, dels mesos i dels anys.<\/p><p>I aix\u00f2 no ho dic nom\u00e9s jo: la const\u00e0ncia \u00e9s la gran barrera per a la majoria de corredors (Franken, Bekhuis &amp; Tolsma, 2022).<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Motivaci\u00f3 intr\u00ednseca: el combustible invisible<\/h2><p>En el meu cas, la motivaci\u00f3 intr\u00ednseca ha estat clau: volia c\u00f3rrer r\u00e0pid, sentir-me fort i sentir-me b\u00e9 amb el meu cos. La Self-Determination Theory (Ryan &amp; Deci, 2000; 2017) explica que, quan correm per motius interns \u2014 gaudi, creixement personal o benestar \u2014 \u00e9s m\u00e9s probable que mantinguem l\u2019h\u00e0bit a llarg termini.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Quan no hi ha metes clares, aquesta motivaci\u00f3 intr\u00ednseca es dilueix; perdem la connexi\u00f3 amb els nostres valors i amb el \u201cper qu\u00e8\u201d correm. La literatura ho confirma: la manca d\u2019objectius clars \u00e9s una de les principals barreres, juntament amb la baixa autoestima, la por o la manca de <a href=\"https:\/\/buddypacer.com\/cat\/por-que-pospones-salir-a-correr-y-como-evitarlo\/\" target=\"_self\">suport social<\/a> (Collazo-Casti\u00f1eira et al., 2025).<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">El baix\u00f3n despr\u00e9s d\u2019assolir un objectiu<\/h2><p>El curi\u00f3s \u00e9s que els meus baixons de motivaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s grans han arribat just despr\u00e9s d\u2019assolir un objectiu. I no soc l\u2019\u00fanic: molts corredors comenten el mateix.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Aquest any vaig aturar el crono a Getafe en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/13455867942\/best-efforts\" target=\"_self\">1h24\u201948\u201d<\/a>. Podria dir que objectiu assolit. No cada dia tenim clar a qu\u00e8 aspirem, i est\u00e0 b\u00e9. Per\u00f2 tenir un objectiu d\u2019entrenament diari, encara que sigui petit, ajuda a mantenir la motivaci\u00f3.<\/p><p>Si ja tens un objectiu, comparteix-lo. Si no, uneix-te al d\u2019un altre runner que s\u2019adapti al teu horari, al teu ritme i a la teva localitzaci\u00f3.
